I got the series 1 box set of acclaimed American TV series ‘Heroes‘ for Christmas, and even though I am only up to episode six – I can say with all certainty, that its the freshest and most gripping show I have watched in a long time. All the characters are so well created (not to mention the ridiculously pretty Hayden Panettiere as indestructible Cheerleader Claire Bennett), that for me this is the new Lost (a show I fell out with when Sky bought it off Channel 4 – grrr), and after finishing The Sopranos recently, this was a gamble – considering I had never even seen one episode. Yet I just felt it in my water this was going to be good – and as a seasoned Buffy fan, it ticked all the right boxes. I can barely hold off between viewings…I could watch it every night!
